POSITON : SALES EXECUTIVE

Require: 5 (HCMO: 4 – HNO: 1)

WORK LOCATION

  • HCMO: 5th Floor, 781/C1-C2 Le Hong Phong Str., Ward 12, Dist.10, HCMC.

  • HNO: 4th Floor, 110-112 Ba Trieu Str., Nguyen Du Ward, Hai Ba Trung Dist., Hanoi.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and develop customers in assigned areas in the Northern region from Quang Tri upward; Working in Hanoi City and Northern provinces: 01 person (Dental Team)

  • Manage and develop customers in assigned areas in the Southern region from Da Nang downward; Working in Ho Chi Minh City and Southern provinces: 02 persons (Aesthetics Team) và 02 persons (Ophthalmology Team).

  • Introduce and consult products’ features and application

  • Implement sales procedure and contract negotiation

  • Responsible for sale target in assigned areas

  • Maintain and do customer care

  • Monitor market and competitor research in assigned areas

  • Report sales result monthly and as per require.

2. JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelors specialize in economics or medical field, such as Nurse, Doctor, Pharmacist, Biomedical engineer…

  • Age under 35 yrs

  • Require professional knowledge of medical equipment, medical equipment business standards, regulations and conditions.

  • Require planning and sale strategy skills; report and analyze sale result skills

  • Require communication, convince, negotiation skills and handle customers and partners situations

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, creatively and flexibly, have responsibility and good teamwork coordination

  • Good English communication skill, able to read and understand documents

  • High pressure resistance

  • Have sale experience is an advantage, special in sale medical device field: ophthalmology – refractive; dental; aesthetics – high-end beauty industry

  • Able to use office and social media applications is an advantage.

  • Basic wage + commission = Monthly income from VND 20,000,000 + allowances (lunch, fuel, phone charge, business fee...) + bonus.
