POSITION: ​​SALES EXECUTIVE

Work location: 

  • HCMO: 5th floor, 781/C1 Le Hong Phong Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh city.
  • HNO: 4th floor, 110 Ba Trieu Street, Nguyen Du Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and develop customers in the assigned territory in the Southern region (from Da Nang and below; working in Ho Chi Minh City and other southern provinces):
    • Ophthalmology Team: 2 
    • Dental Team: 1 
    • Aesthetic Team: 2 
  • Manage and develop customers in the assigned territory in the Northern region Ophthalmology Team: 1 
  • Advise and introduce the features and applications of products to customers.
  • Follow the sales process and negotiate contracts.
  • Be responsible for the sales performance in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and take care of customer relationships regularly.
  • Monitor and research the market and competitors in the assigned territory.
  • Prepare monthly business reports and reports as requested.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduated from college or university in economics or a related field in healthcare such as nursing, medicine, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, etc.
  • Under 40 years old.
  • Expert knowledge of medical equipment, standards, regulations, and business conditions of medical devices.
  • Experience in sales of medical equipment for dental, aesthetic (high-end beauty), or ophthalmology (refraction).
  • Sales-skill set in planning and strategy, reporting, and analysing business results.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, creatively, and flexibly, with a responsible attitude and good teamwork coordination.
  • Good command of English for communication and reading technical documents.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Proficiency in office applications and social media tools is an advantage.

3. SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Very competitive base salary + allowance + commission;
  • Yearly consideration for salary increase – annual promotion, Lunar new year – holiday bonus;
  • The company will pay 100% of insurance after signing the labor contract;
  • Working time: Monday – Friday (Weekly off on Saturday and Sunday, vacations and holidays according to the current Labor Law);
