Our engineer team is officially trained from the manufacturers and ready to serve customers nationwide.

All equipment and products provided by Viet Can is warranted for at least 12 months.

During the warranty period, Viet Can’s engineers will periodically check and maintain the equipment for free.

After the warranty period, we will perform regular maintenance service with optional packages. This is a service implemented by our company and brands to provide complete peace of mind about the quality and performance standards of the equipment that we provide.

Repairing

In addition to the maintenance, we also perform repairing of equipment along with leasing or lending a replacement to ensure uninterrupted operation for customers.

Viet Can commits to ensure timely and accurate repairs, all replaced spare parts and accessories are genuine, and most importantly, ensure that the quality and results of the machines are in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards.
