POSITON : SALES ADMIN

Require: 2 (HCMO: 1 - HNO: 1)

WORK LOCATION:

  • HCMO: 5th floor, 781/C1 Le Hong Phong Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh city.
  • HNO: 4th floor, 110 Ba Trieu Street, Nguyen Du Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support sales activities, including: sales procedures (quotations, contracts, handover and acceptance, liquidation), tender documents, monitoring accounts receivable, managing/organizing business records, translating and interpreting documents between English and Vietnamese, submitting documents for sales approval, etc.

  • Responsible for product documentation.

  • Work with team members to achieve assigned sales targets and other company activities.

  • Compile business performance reports for the team leader and BOD.

  • Coordinate with other departments in the company to manage and develop customer data, products, control stocking inventory, organize events, etc.

2. JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelors specialize in economics, medical or related field…

  • Priority female candidates aged under 35 yrs with experience as a secretary, in sales, or in a similar position.

  • Proficient in office software, Microsoft Office 365, and social media.

  • Good reading, speaking, and writing skills in English.

  • Quick, flexible, hardworking, and careful.

  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment.

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

3. BENEFITS

  • Basic wage from VND 8,500,000 + commission + allowances (lunch, fuel, phone charge, business fee...) + bonus.
